  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We process orders quickly to get your items to you ASAP. Please contact us immediately at causelove.la@gmail.com with your order number, and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do! International shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

  • What is your Return Policy?
    Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You have 14 days after delivery to request such a return.
