RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 14-day window to report issues with your order.  

Customers must report any defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition  

- All original tags must be attached  

- The item must be in its original packaging  

- You must provide proof of purchase  

- You must provide photo or video evidence of the defect  

Returns are accepted exclusively for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction related to fit, size, style, or personal expectations.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery is considered completed based on the shipping carrier’s tracking confirmation.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES (ONLY VALID REASON FOR RETURN)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective or damaged, contact us within the required timeframe with evidence so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

This is the only basis for which returns or refunds will be approved.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind  

- Incorrect size or fit  

- Personal preferences  

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered  

- Items not in original condition or packaging  

We also do not accept returns on:

- Sale items  

- Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is defective, you may request a return.  

Once approved, you may place a new order separately.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal under the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Our products fall under the exemption for goods not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive).

Therefore, all sales are final, except for defective or damaged items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Refunds will only be issued at our discretion if the item meets all return eligibility criteria.

If approved:

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method  

- Processing time: up to 10 business days  

- Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider  

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

If a customer:

- Refuses delivery  

- Fails to accept the package  

- Refuses to pay customs duties or taxes  

This is not considered a failed delivery.

Such orders are not automatically eligible for a refund.

If the package is returned to us:

- We may review the case at our sole discretion  

- Refunds are not guaranteed  

- Any refund will exclude shipping, customs duties, and additional fees  

We reserve the right to deny refunds for refused or abandoned shipments.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees.

- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer  

- They are not included in the product or shipping price  

Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, non-delivery, or return of the package.

We are not responsible for such outcomes.
