Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase. Most importantly, returns are accepted exclusively for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Our Only Reason for Return)

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. Contact us immediately at causelove.la@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This is the only basis for which a return will be accepted. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict hygiene policy. We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Issues with fit or size.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.

  • Any item not in its original packaging, with tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Since we only accept returns for defective items, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for faulty merchandise. The fastest way to ensure you get a replacement for a defective item is to initiate a return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if needed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, due to the intimate nature of lingerie and for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal under the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products, as they fall under the exception for goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons (Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive). Therefore, all sales are final, and returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items as described in this policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that refunds are only issued for returns that meet our eligibility criteria (defective/damaged items). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
